Load diagram

for unsupported length depending on additional load

Load diagram
  • Intrinsic cable carrier weight qk = 4.5 kg/m. The maximum additional load decreases if this value is exceeded.
  • Fixed point offset Lv: For off-center fixed point connections please contact us.

Calculating the cable carrier length

  • Cable carrier length Lk: Lk ≈ LS/2 + LB (Cable carrier length Lk rounded to pitch t)
  • Unsupported length Lf: Lf = LS/2 + t

Gliding arrangement

Gliding arrangement
  • Glide shoes have to be used for gliding applications.
  • For more information on gliding arrangement please contact us.
  • The gliding cable carrier has to be routed in a channel. Our engineers will be happy to help with project planning – please contact us.

GO module with chain links optimised for gliding

The GO module mounted on the driver is a defined sequence of 4 different KR/RKR link plates. Faster and more controlled placing of the upper run on the lower run as well as a smaller station in the thrust end position are ensured. A support plate on the driver is not necessary. The GO module is always assembled fully-stayed.

End connectors

Universal end connectors UMB – plastic (standard)

The universal mounting brackets (UMB) are made from plastic and can be mounted from the top, from the bottom, face on or from the side.

Universal end connectors UMB – plastic (standard)
